Executive Summary & Strategic Overview

Never Have I Ever is a mobile-first tabletop card application engineered with Next.js, TypeScript, and Neo-Brutalist design tokens. It combines a 500-prompt culturally calibrated dataset with an intensity slider, custom card creation, and haptic interactive feedback.

Verified Performance Metrics & Business Impact

500 Cards

Curated Corpus

Calibrated across 10 intensity levels and 3 distinct social tiers with zero repetitive filler.

99 kB

Client Bundle

Prerendered static Next.js bundle for instant zero-latency card transitions.

Local-First

Custom Card Forge

In-memory deck injection with browser persistence and zero paywalls or ads.

The Engineering Challenge

Commercial party games frequently gate content behind paywalls, interrupt conversations with video ads, or rely on stale clichés. Groups passing a phone on a date or at a party need instantaneous touch feedback, culturally relatable humor, and calibrated intensity without accounts or paywalls.

The Architectural Solution

Engineered a zero-friction mobile pass-and-play experience featuring physical card stack physics, dual-thumb intensity filtering, and offline custom card forging. Curated a 500-question corpus through multi-agent research into social disclosure dynamics and localized Philippine social tropes, backed by programmatic syntax and length verification.

Core Technical & Architectural Highlights

01

Tactile Neo-Brutalist Design System

Constructed warm editorial token contracts with ink-black strokes, hardcast drop shadows, and physical mechanical press translations.

02

Multi-Agent Prompt Research & Cultivation

Orchestrated specialized researcher agents to establish social disclosure criteria and culturally resonant Taglish prompts across a 500-card pool.

03

Zero-Latency Local Card Forge

Implemented client-side deck injection with local storage persistence, enabling custom prompt authoring without database latency or subscriptions.

Agentic AI Pair Programming & Antigravity Acceleration

Coordinated two researcher sub-agents to analyze social disclosure psychology and Philippine cultural nuances, followed by category-specific generation sub-agents authoring 120 questions each into a 500-prompt corpus verified by programmatic AST checks.
